Meet Kayla Meadow! 
As a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Kayla has been a resident of the Birmingham area her entire life and has worked in the real estate industry for over ten years. 

While attending college, she worked for the law firm Sirote & Permutt, where she gained extensive knowledge in the resale of foreclosed properties which allowed her the opportunity to learn every step of the real estate closing process. 
After starting a family, Kayla joined  Regency Title & Closing. She worked in the title, closing, and post-closing departments. This experience gave her the knowledge to better advocate for her clients during the home-buying and selling process. But it wasn’t until she landed a job as title marketing representative at Common Bond Title that she decided to get her real estate license and start helping people find their dream home.

Kayla’s expertise allowed her to pay close attention to each client’s wants and needs, and their likes and dislikes, which provided a personal approach to assisting in the real estate process. While working as a realtor for two years, the opportunity presented itself and Meadow Real Estate Services was started. 

Through relationships with local title and closing attorney's, Kayla started underwriting title policies for various underwriters. It was at that time the need for contracted title services became evident. For over a year, Kayla and her team have issued more than 3,000  final policies and counting.

Kayla, and her husband Joe currently live in the Vestavia Hills area with their two children, Jones and Mary Carter, along with their two labs, (River and Ranger) where they enjoy cooking, time with friends, and UAB football!
